"In tennis, your time is your most valuable asset, invest it wisely in quality training and with people who value you. Performance improvement is in the process, not in the destination, it comes with results when we stick to the process. Failure is not the opposite of success, it is part of the road to success. The opinions and expectations of others do not define your worth, you do. Take care of your body, it's the only place you live to grow. Gratitude turns what we have into enough. Perfection is a myth, strive for progress, but aim for excellence. The most important relationship you have in your process and consolidation as a high performance player is with yourself. The greatest wealth when training and competing is confidence and mental strength. A player, ultimately, becomes what he thinks about. The essence of tennis is not just to play, but to train with purpose and wholeness, transcending the limits of the mind and ego, to put it into practice in the competition, where the true player you are will be reflected."
