By the way, FOMO (Fear Of
Missing Out) means the anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may be happening elsewhere without your presence. Word coined 20 years ago, by Dan Herman, a marketing man, which soon went mainstream. JOMO, its counterpart, showed up a little later. In this new normal, practicing jomo is key to mental health, given the current deluge of online events. Stay home if you can, enjoying the quietness as much as possible.

At coursera.org, they have an interesting free course called The science of Well Being, of Yale University. There is possible to learn a lot of habits that destroy our mind health and how we can avoid them. It's a very practical course that I strongly recommend.

Warning: You just have to do if you really want to change your habits, despite this you will miss your time.
