Está sim. Apenas aponto que barman é diferente de waiter, mas a ideia é essa mesmo.

Toilet, Restroom and Men's room are the most common, BUT...

If you're in a dive bar (those creep basement pubs) or side-road bars full of Harley bikers, you're not supposed to say excuse me... lavatory...

You could say:
The John   (it's common to see "no johns" sign)
The crapper - very used
Big white telephone - (for old school buddies)
Biffy - used in Camping as in "hey,  be my buddy and guard the door, I gotta use tha biffy." (moita)
Poop room  or  Poo kitchen  or Pee room

Paper toilet seat cover: Ass gasket
Ran out of paper toilet? just scream: "There's no f.king ass wipes!!!"

And just for fun, "soltar o barro"can be said:
lay down the brown
drop a bomb
doo-doo
cut some brownies

Interessante que o banheiro, apesar de ser bem compreendido por todos, cada local tem sua maneira de chamar.

Aqui em Singapura chama-se "Toilet". Se voce perguntar pelo "restroom" ou "bathroom", eles ficam um tempo pensando e interpretando o que você pediu e complementam com, "are you looking for the toilet?"

Percebi algo semelhante em Houston. Perguntei pelo "toilet", o cara do restaurante repsondeu, "the restroom is there".

Quando você pede a conta em um restaurante em Singapura ou na Inglaterra, você pede "the bill please". Nos EUA "check please".
