Very good article, thanks for sharing.
The second step, which is about finding multiple sources of income, is something that is very encouraged here at bastter.com. I also liked step 3, because doing something you love makes the process of saving money less difficult.
The only thing I didn't like was when the actor wrote about y.i.e.l.d.  and time to retire. I think we don't have control over both variables, so we shouldn't really focus on that.

The problem with this article and with all similar articles is to look for a precise value of investments with which someone could retire and live forever in happiness.

In real life many factors will contribute to make that investment money evaporate, like inflation, unpredicted expenses, increases in life expectation which in turn lead to increases in expenses, and so on.

I think this is almost 100% BUCHETTI. Focus on reducing the expenses isn't the right way, is just another misery mindset way of thinking. We should focus on improving our skills and earn more, and we should save in diversified value. Another important BUCHETTI of this article is the implicit thought that what you spend today will be same amount that your will spend tomorrow. In old age we spend much more than in our thirties. Anyway, thanks for patience, for sharing the article and the writing opportunity.

The numbers, as i told before, was used just illustrate the big picture.But ok, i can consider this the bulshit part of the text.
The other parte are not. To Live with fer expenses (very diferent of 13 reais econnomy), and try to make a second income source.. what is the wrong point here?

Okay People. 
You May cut all the BUCHETTI text and focus on this summary:



Cut your expenses to the lowest level you are comfortable with.
Increase your income, possibly through a side hustle.
Look for a job, a business, or a side hustle that you love. Every dollar of money you can make doing something you love is one less dollar of passive income you’ll need.

Financial freedom is not a get rich quick scheme; it’s a long and deliberate process. It won’t be easy, but you absolutely have what it takes.


Where is the BUCHETTI?
Maybe at #1. Okay IF you do, but didn't see it as misery mindset. 
For instance, i Live very well with my wife at a 40 square feet apartament. My rent is cheaper. I pay less (and spend less time) for cleaning Services. This is not misery mindset imo.
