Gregorovich em 19/06/23 19:26 comentada em 18/07/2023 09:49 I was watching a lecture at work about the correlation of cardiovascular fitness with lower-risk dementia assONciated, a very interesting subject with renewed doctors present and a qualified audience. While I looked sideways, I could note everybody listening carefully to what had been said, people barely talk to each other. But one detail took my attention away... Sadly, the lecturer could not help saying ``like``. In almost every sentence she found a way to use the word ``like``, either to explain something or to introduce a new topic. I completely lost track and, therefore, could not keep up with the lecture anymore. I felt so disappointed because I wasn`t able to concentrate on the main idea of what was being said, obviously missing out on the opportunity to learn valuable content and enhance my background on it.Has anyone experienced the same situation as I did? OBS: I`m about to take the IELTS exam and this is a good way to practice writing. Please everyone, FELL FREE TO CORRECT ANY MISTAKES THAT I`VE MADE, NO HARD FEELINGS! That is going to help me a lot! Cheers!
