And thats pretty problematic when people think they're getting something that's cheap with good value, but in reality they do not.""

Mais um motivo pelo qual valor patrimonial não serve para muita coisa.

E múltiplos isolados também não. Balanço forte, macro cagado = cai preço, múltiplo atraente, sardinhada do manadation corre pra lá igual mariposa buscando luz.

E sim, problemas fundamentais macro ou micro precedem a piora nos balanços. Mas para o holder é muito difícil analisar isso, precisaria de conhecimento específico e mesmo assim nada garantido (analistas especialistas em setores fazendo isso o dia inteiro erram adoidado, imagina um amador). Para o pequeno investidor é melhor gastar tempo trabalhando mais para aportar mais do que tentando entender detalhes macro ou micro que afetam um setor específico. Mais fácil diversificar bem e ir pra praia.
