I tried everything to fix this problem. I did a lot of exercises, didn't use the smartphone or computer one hour before bedtime, and also drunk chamomile tea. Although doing all this it took me hours to fall asleep and I would wake up just 4 or 5 hours later when I was still tired.Last week I read an article talking about how getting enough sun is important to sleep well, especially sunbathing in the morning. I'm working from home and because in my city there's a lot of cases and coronavirus deaths and my wife has an autoimmune disease I don't go out much. I live in an apartment and seldom was getting direct sunlight. So one day I woke up early (feeling tired) and from 7 am to 8 am stayed next to the window sunbathing. I slept like a rock that day. I continue to do exercise and don't use the smartphone before bedtime, but included in my routine getting enough sun every day. I feel doing this in the morning was the best for the quality of my sleep.Found a mistake? Let me know
