Processed food, like bread, was part of my everyday eating.I decided to change for a healthier eating routine and went old-school: 3 meals a day. I notice know I'm more conscious about what I'm eating. Abolishing snacks in the afternoon and eating real food at night made me reduce junk food. Now I eat omelet and fruits at breakfast; one carb, one protein, and diverse salad at lunch and also one carb, one protein but a different salad at dinner.The simpler, the better.------------Found a mistake? Please let me know.
