peça ajuda aos moderadores

Texto muito bom sobre análise de risco, a história não é sobre investimento mas o autor acaba fazendo uma relação no final.

"I told her the truth. “We skied the backside of KT-22 this morning. He and Brendan did it again, I was going to pick them up on the road. But they weren’t there, and I haven’t seen them since.”

“Oh my God,” she said. Click.

I think in that moment she pieced together what may have happened to her son. I did, too."

Resumo para nãoter de esperar virar filme:

There are three distinct sides of risk:

The odds you will get hit.

The average consequences of getting hit.

The tail-end consequences of getting hit.

But once you go through something like that, you realize that the tail-end consequences – the low-probability, high-impact events – are all that matter.

Muito em linha com o que o @Bastter sempre fala de probabilidade x impacto.
