Ossos e articulações estalando

@Salame tem de movimentar o forum

@Bastter

@Gregorovich obrigado

this phenomenon occurs due to the rapid release of gas bubbles that are dissolved in the synovial fluid surrounding your joints.

Joints are formed by the articulation of bones, and they are surrounded by a capsule filled with synovial fluid. This fluid acts as a lubricant, reducing friction between the bones as they move against each other. The synovial fluid contains gases, mainly nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide, which are dissolved under normal conditions.

When you apply force or pressure to a joint, such as when you crack your knuckles by pulling on them or bend your knee, the joint space expands. This expansion creates a decrease in pressure within the joint cavity, causing the dissolved gases to come out of the solution and form small gas bubbles.

When the pressure is suddenly released, these gas bubbles rapidly collapse or implode, producing the characteristic popping or cracking sound. The collapse of the bubbles creates a sound wave that can be heard as a distinct noise.
